EMS - heaters for mounting inside air handling units

Used internally in air handling units, these heaters are designed and manufactured per project basis, as every project might require different parameters.

Frame is made using Aluzinc coated steel, which is highly resistant to corrosion.

Heating elements are made from stainless steel AISI304.  

All heaters are made with thermal protections- automatic at 50°C and manual- 100°C. 

These heaters do not have limits on size and power output, therefore please contact our sales team with an inquiry for an offer or partnership possibilities. 

We are in Aircalc++ AHU builder. Dll library to implement to custom software also available. 

EMS - without internal controls

Without internal controls, the heater is controlled via external controller. Possibility to add internal contactors, alarm signal. 

Higher capacity heating output is divided between steps.

Accessories

Heater controller for single and two-phase electric heaters. Controls by supply* or room temperature. Has an internal temperature sensor in casing, supply air temperature sensor is required for operation in both modes.  

Controlled power: 

1x230V – 3.2kW

2x400V – 6.4kW

Maximum current: 16A

*Sensor should be ordered separately.

Controller for three-phase electric heaters with power up to 240kW. Controls by supply or extract air temperature sensors* or an external 0..10VDC control signal. 

Extra steps activated by sequential or binary mode, depending on heater power.

PS – mechanical protection against loss or insufficient airflow with differential pressure switch. The heater if not allowed to heat unless a minimum airflow of 1,5m/s is reached.  

By ordering the PS, an internal contactor for power supply is added to the heater as well.

Possible to control the heater in various ways:

autonomous heater with setpoint on casign or external TR5K controller to control output temperature

controlled via external controllers via: 0..10VDC | 6..24V PWM | ModBus RTU485 

Accessories

PTC – electronic protection from insufficient airflow. The heater is only allowed to work if the airflow velocity is 1,5m/s or higher.

External wired remote setpoint for NI type heaters. The heater is working based on supply air temperature sensor. 

External wired remote setpoint for NI type heaters with internal temperature sensor. When connected, the heater ir working acording to the internal sensor, and the supply air temperature sensor limits supply air temperature – +15°C…+40°C. 

Upon request internal contactor for power supply can be added in the heater.
